BR Cosmos is a pioneering & prestigious event management company based in Bhopal and Pune in Central India. We combine the excitement and rush of a live event with impressive business and logistical efficiency to produce stronger and better results for stakeholders. We are meticulous event planners with passion to provide innovative and affordable event management.

BR Cosmos Started as a dream of two ambitious persons – Dr. Arvind Rathore and Ms. Pallavi Bhat who felt grave need of pocket friendly event solutions and has become a phenomenon in the event industry.

All the services that BR Cosmos has delivered are achieved by a unique organizational system, borne and sustained by three main pillars - ENTERPRISE, EXCELLENCE and INNOVATION. Dr. Arvind Rathore

Founder & Director

Mr. Arvind Rathore worked as the main resource consultant for several business conglomerates with a venture into Government Sector & sponsorship. An M.Tech and Ph.D. from prestigious MANIT Bhopal and having worked in the field for over 17 years, he manages operations of the live events and Government sector business.

Ms. Pallavi Bhat

Founder & Director

Pallavi holds an MBA in HRD with 14 years of hands-on experience in Event Management, Brand Establishment, Promotions & Advertising Management. Pallavi brings the attitude to succeed in the chaotic event management assignments and has a knack of bringing the best out of individuals and loves working with people from different background. She is a Certified Motivational Trainer and finished “Marketing in Digital World” course from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Renuka is a hardcore events professional with a flair for design and an eye for detail which makes her one of the finest wedding planners. She loves experimenting with different combinations to create a fusion of modern and traditional that not only works but fascinates and dazzles. Renuka loves to find innovative and pocket friendly solutions to her client’s requests and has consistently received commendations for all the 200+ events she has managed so far.
